 Ok so this shot is completely different from the other entries which im sure will be beautiful close ups of birds, and i realise that i might be voted down on this one for this reason.. Nonetheless, i found this scene of pigeons flocking together on overhead power cables very interesting.. What makes this shot even more interesting is the flock of birds flying overhead too (they aren't painted in btw).

Some masking of the power cables, contrast, color saturation and hdr toning of the image to give it a surrealistic look.

Love this. The symmetry, linear quality and the sky! You can't go wrong with a silhouette (or 50 LOL)
