I really like the horizontal blur effect. I like how you can still see the street lines and the figure of the person with an umbrella. Nicely done.

I am thinking this is Penny, with great movement in shape shifting black and white city-near-abstract. A fitting incorporation of rain into the bigger theme, the bigger picture.
