 This is Baby Tucker, 6 days old, and his dad, Cody. I've known Tucker's mommy, Lauren, since she was a 5th grader in a Sunday School class I taught. We've always had a special friendship, and I can't help but believe this photo shoot made us even closer. When Lauren & Cody learned they were going to be a family, they had a lot of obstacles to face, but the love they have for each other and their baby... it made me want to cry at times as I was shooting them :)

Haha, you left me a comment while I was here enjoying this WONDERFUL image. I was zooming in and enjoying all the details? I love the way the baby looks like part of the father, the closeness, and the comfort. And from a design standpoint, I love the curves, and the oblique line from one ear to the other? My eye dances around the image, exploring all the shadows and connections.
