Congrats on the jury blue! Truly fantastic work, brings back memories. The little person's perspective is what got me looking at this for so long. Thanks!

What an image: so much movement and all perfectly framed. It does a fantastic job of evoking memories of christmas because the scene is so easy to relate to. IMO one of the best in the challenge.

I’m sorry that the detailed comment I tried to leave on your image didn’t save for some reason. This was one of my few 10’s. It really appealed to me as it reminded me of my times growing up in a Sydney suburb. The way you have captured so many stories and the retro feel made me sit and ponder this image for a long time. Well done!

Coming back to comment - nice retro look and feel; looks like something from the 60's. Reminds me of my childhood in Florida at Christmas (very mild in December).

This has such an old fashioned, family album feel -- I love it. Look at all that activity! Great tones. Nice. 8

Good capture of a spontaneous moment although the connection to Christmas is missing. On the other hand, the earthy colors gives the image an elemental feeling that transcends the season or holiday. That makes it art.

Fascinating split second moment with multiple scenes converging all at once into your beautiful photograph. I love the tint, the motion, the perspective, the frames within the frame. I hope this does well, it's so good.

Voted earlier coming back to comment now.

I love the muted colors in this photo for it gives it a feel of age - like it is a pleasant memory being remembered. An age of carefree and joyous times with family gathering in the backyard for just some simple fun. I love how you captured the girl running across the screen. She is not in sharp focus but I feel that is fine because it captures a sense of motion to an otherwise static scene. Great capture of a moment in time.

Very cool cross processing and you captured a neat little spurt of movement with the girl at an interesting angle of view. The scene is somewhat cluttered so a focal point is lacking (Other than the one created by the moving girl...) and there is no link to Christmas Day in the picture. For all I know this could have been Independence Day or Memorial Day or Labor Day in Suburban America...

Definitely not in the UK! I love the randomness of the figures combined with the coherence of the processing :)

My fave part is the two kids under the girl's stride.

Lovely.
