 This is the pipeline. It's a walking path along the river that runs under a train trestle in downtown Richmond.



You get to it by going down a short ladder



The first part has a catwalk over the pipeline



But after awhile, you are walking on the pipe itself



If the river is high -- it covers the pipeline



The river, as seen from the pipeline, on a high water day



It's such a cool place. It's about an hour from me, otherwise I'd probably spend all my time there.

Just thought I'd share it with you. :)

Nice perspective. Selenium duotone works well here. A redder, warmer hue would have been quite effective as well, but to a different effect, I think.
