Nice to see the feet and get a sense of being in the air. A bit of post processing to make the building level, sharpen slightly, boost contrast, and re-size to the allowed 800 pix width could help a lot.
Very small image, which takes away from the quality we can see. From what I can tell, there appears to be some motion blur, and the sky looks a little over exposed. Keep entering though! Looks like it could have been a good shot.
As a photographer I truly appreciate the idea of what appears to be a class doing this challenge as a project. If this is the case then please do not be discouraged by the score... which I am sure is very low. You are allowed to enter an image up to 800 pixels wide and this is considerably smaller than that, so that is your first mistake and probably cut your score in half. Additionally, Natsumi generally takes photographs that seem to be more natural even though they are staged. This one seems staged and is more of an action shot then a levitation shot.
