| I love everything about this shot. The color, composition and lighting all work really well. I love that the hands look like the hands of a person who is no stranger to hard work. The whole shot has a very "earthy" feel to it that gives it immense appeal. |

| I love all the texture in this photo - wool, skin, truffles, dirt, courduroy pants. It really evokes a mood of being outside in the winter light. The sepia toning complements it very well. Nice work. |

| Very nice sepia! The dirty hands really amplify the skin textures and give it personality. Great DOF and super detail plus lots of different textures makes this one a winner in my book! |

| i noticed and enjoyed the contour of the interesting hands, which to me forms a subtle but obvious delineation of a heart-shape. I really think this is a beautiful picture. |

| I like the color of this but it would have been better in the natural. The dirt on the hands would look more realistic, and that is a good addition to the photo. I really like the close crop. Good clear focus, able to see the fingerprints well. Good job and at least an 8 in my book. PTL |
