Thanks for all the work on my Amsterdam shot. They were all Amsterdamned good quality. However choices must be made:
1) jomari's for an original & beautiful skewed frame.
2) kelli's for a fantastic simplification
3) redjulep's for fractalizing even the clouds

I took this shot while my wife and I were walking around in Manhattan and came across this weird statue in an atrium. I had my little Sony DSC-W300 and had the thought that maybe it could go into the Toy challenge.
But when I looked at it at home I saw it was hopeless with Basic Editing so I didn't even try to enter it. I'm completely amazed and impressed with the great job so may of you did with it. It was really hard to pick a "winner."
Anyway, here's how I came out:
First:
By Cinnamon_Girl. For extreme cuteness and technical skill.
Second:
By pjotre7. For great imagination and a unique effect.
Third:
By iamwoman. For a lovely palette of pastel colors. |

1st Place: by Cinnamon_Girl - beautiful edit - so poignant!
2nd Place: by Kelli - excellent use of the pictures as an overlay.
3rd Place: by iamwoman - beautiful tones and such fun with the mirroring and frame.
HM: by Ja-9 - wonderful painterly feel, and she looks like she's walking out of the wall!! |

Welcome back! Did you see your honor thread? |
I don't think I saw the honor thread. I haven't been on here much this week and didn't do any editing. :( Can someone point out the thread? |
