Bravo! This is one of the very few that has lots of ideas popping in my head immediately. If it doesn't become a challenge by next month, it could be a great side challenge.

Wow, five responses so far, and all are positive with an exclamation point!

I think I might give up the whole entering challenges thing and just start dreaming up stuff for everyone else to do. ;)

Man I must be aweful! :) That single statement employed 80% of the exclamation points that all previous comments had managed to justify.

Why is it that I suspect that your animal in this challenge might well be a party animal...?

Does that mean all full-color photos will be DNMC?

Well, doing animals like most carnivores/predators (cats, dogs, birds of prey) would be easy, as like us they have binocular vision.

But how would we do, say, herbivores/prey animals like cows and horses, whose eyes are on the sides of their heads? Same goes for rodents lke rabbits, mice, squirrels etc.

In the case of the prey animals, either perhaps a picture of a fierce tiger chasing after you (or at least looking like it is using a zoom technique), or maybe a picture of the last human they'll ever see.

As for the rodents? Maybe put your camera down a rabbit hole and shoot a nice sunset out of it, or maybe, for the squirrels, climb a tree and take a picture of a nut.

If you insist on doing a "horses point of view" where binocular vision is the problem, then use either a mirror setup, or tape a line down the middle of a fish eye or ultra wide angle...

I think this could be done just fine..

Bonus points for actually paying attention to what colors an animal can see. Thanks for the suggestion skewsme
