Still falling... This week is very strange after 10 or so votes this one was above 7 and has then been slowly falling all week, yet my free study entry started at 5 and has been slowing climbing to it position at 6.22. At this rate the FS will overtake the framed score. Big swings in opposite directions.

Wow! if i can get into the top 20 then I'll certainly be breaking open a bottle of champagne, i have about the same score in the egg challenge so maybe I'll have to get vraiment drunk. Really enjoy looking at everybody's pics its a great way to learn. |

I clearly have TWO comments under my image. What's going on with that?
And I'm upset about one of them because the person voted it down on two counts:
One, they say it's a snapshot Hogwash!!! I worked HARD on this.
Two, they say it isn't framed Also hogwash!!! The frame is right there.
Don't like the image? - find it generally boring? - have some technical comment? Okay. But I'm offended when somebody tells me that I didn't think about my entry. |

Have to totally agree with you. I've gotten some comments (in other challenges) saying there was obviously no effort in an entry that had lot's of effort put into it. A special trip to get the shot, followed by hours of editing and a dozen different versions to get it the way I liked. It just didn't come off with a lot of popular appeal.
Doing a decent average on this one and getting some positive comments, but still finding it's share of people that don't care for it.
