Wooopeeee!
Score of 6.472 for 7th place on only my second challenge!
This is awesome. Got the bug now. I am setting a series of photography goals for 2004 (got my camera about 6 weeks ago) to achieve here at
DPChallenge. AND......I'm becoming a member!
Good challenge and Congrats to the ribbon winners!
If these challenges show us all how to take better pictures regardless of how we finished...we all win.

Congrats bongo! Seems like we got us some seriously talented new blood. Daisy, Laurialblack & you amongst others are adding some serious competition to the site. I LOVE it!

I think I shall attempt to drift off to dreamland now...I still am in shock! I am so surprised! I just sent in my original for validation...that's pretty scary, BTW - seeing that red message on the homepage. I hope it's all intact and everything...wouldn't that be a bummer?!?!?!? Good night, all! :o)

Actually there is no confirmation once we've validated your image. So just relax, and assume all is good, 'cause the only email you'd get is the "your image has been disqualified" email. That isn't ideal, but it is how the system is currently setup. Perhaps a future enhancement will improve things, but I wanted to tell you so you weren't checking your email every 5 minutes!
