Are they monstrous eyesores, or elegant sentinels? Instead of using your clone tool to get rid of them, make overhead power transmission lines or the equipment to support them the subject of your photograph.

I like it. There are so many around where I live it's hard not to get a shot without them. It would be nice to actually make them the subject of choice...and challenging to find an interesting shot at that.





The top photo was taken from my driveway. There are even more lines out there now. The second was taken on a road trip coming home from Texas.

Excellent suggestion. I'm all for seeing the beauty in these structures and lines. I was attempting to use them to the photographs benefit in a challenge entry a few months back...

Interesting suggestion. I think the challenge in this one would be finding a time when you actually think they look good in an image. You would have to get creative.

That's my kinda challenge, I've found I thrive on the strange and unusual challenges! I'm not even going to bother with landscapes, I'd end up in the bottom 10.
