Just a reminder to all that the DPChallenge website will be unavailable between 18:00 and 19:00 EDT today, due to maintenance on the electrical systems at the ISP hosting center where the servers reside. Please don't panic (too much) when you can't reach the site during that time! ;)

I'm trying to prepare myself. I had my physician prescribe something to help me cope.

Just do like I plan on doing and make a screen shot of the home page and put it up on your screen for the duration of the outage, you can pretend to hit update as many times as needed to keep your sanity but you will however need to convince yourself no one must be voting and thats why the numbers never change.

Or change the score and numbers of votes with some photoshopping.

hmm... i would need a combination of both of your suggestions. i could probably write an update button emulator or such if i have some free time this afternoon at work. i think i need something that will at least update the time, although, subconsciously i would know something was wrong if my score didn't drop every 10 minutes.

Just watch stock market figures during the outage. Those might be almost as depressing as some of the scores that the trolls have been handing out. :)

I don't know military time! LOL! I see we're still here so it must not mean 6PM.
