Was wondering how everyone here displays their photos in their house. I think it would be a nice idea to take a photo of how you display your special photos and share it with the the rest of us.
(this might even be a good challenge)

I have just moved recently and havent set up my photo display yet.

This sounds like a great idea!!!! I haven't put any pictures up yet either. What I do have is a favs folder on my computer, tied into my tv, then I have the screen saver randomly scroll through that folder. I set the timing for whatever I feel like and let it constantly run. I have thousands of pictures that I just let it display. People coming in think it's great and I am always being surprised by old photos I forgot about. I love it!

I can't wait to see what everyone else has because I do want to start hanging my favorite captures.

Have not found such an animal but I have been thinking of something like an over-sized book (maybe 2 open pages of 20x16 or so) on an angled stand (maybe one of those poster type shops would have something similar). Then you could put a few in a book and flip over every now and then.

Does anyone have any pictures of how they have hung their photos!! I would love to see them. I was thinking of buying a hanging track like the galleries so I don't have to put a ton of holes in the walls. Anyone have one of those? Do you like it?

Ansel Adams ran a molding at low-chest height on his wall and then just propped up matted and/or framed prints on that... We did that in our studio, very handy if you change out the images a lot.

I'd like to get one up too, but have never gotten around to it.

Since no one was posting photos of their setup yet, I dug up one I remember idnic posted a couple years ago of her office. I think she uses this as the office to her studio too, so it's more than a simple home display.

I tend to make collages/montages because they tell a story so much better and because it is too hard to just pick one or two photos at a time :-)
