Rarely does a cover version of a song beat the original.

She has pretty much blown the original away with this.. awesome.

Another cover version that beat the original IMO:

Working Class Hero by Green Day.

*EDIT* For the record, I actually prefer Snow Patrol's original of _Run_. It's more raw, and doesn't feel so "Made for Radio".

Between my boyfriend farting and my cat howling the climax, it did sound like a very beautiful song.

Phew. For a minute I thought you were saying Snow Patrol did the original of Working Class Hero... :P
