| thanks for all the comments on the wildlife photos! They were taken in the Kruger National Park a huge area where you may or may not see any animals! texcept for the two lizards they were all taken from inside my car! That is a pile of poo behind the rhino! that is how they mark their territory! |

Somebody told me that they saw me launching pumpkins on Discovery Channel in a re-run of the old "Junkyard Wars" series. I missed it, but I was surprised that they are still showing that episode.

tough economic times here in the Sticks of VT, this the farm always in my photos, my neighbors' place
based on a few comments: yes, they had to do auction...bank said let's get it sold..lthey wer selling everything..extension cords, drills and oil cans, amazing minutae (sp)
my daughter's classmate age 7 kept home from school by her dad, she was so sad I teared up talkiing to her...they only moved in about 2 years ago
they just couldn't make it work

Almost missed two days in a row. Here we are at Clark's freshman football banquet. NOW the season is finally over. "Just a snapshot" but also a slice of life. Will go in the family album. See you tomorrow!

This was a quick "stop and shoot" on the way to work today. These are not common at all this far inland, but I have been seeing this group every day for about a week.

Here is my wonderful Percy, with a tight crop up very close and I just love that eye looking at me..... I am sure he thinks I am strange, but he does seem to like me, and shows no fear at all.
