Hello.

I would like to post a photo but when i use insert photo and insert the URL, the URL text, rather than the photo is inserted, and then photo cannot be viewed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

If the photo is in your portfolio, click on it. At the end of the url is a number, copy that number. Then when posting click the button that is second from the right (when mousing over it says "insert thumbnail link to site image"). WHen the pop up comes up, insert just the number.

Can you explain this a little better please?

You don't insert the URL, you only insert the number of the image that is in the URL.

Kelli explained it, but was a bit convoluted apparently, so here's a visual example.

When you look at the photo you want to post, you'll see something like this:
//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=111111

The number in bold is all you want to copy or remember (111111 replaced by the number of your image)

When you click on the Insert Thumbnail Link to Site Image icon, all you do is paste in that number.

And there you have it.

Weellllll ok. But just for that, you owe me a comment in the same style as my Free Study Experiment ones.

Ready? GO!

Really though, it was just my turn to mess with you, you don't have to ;)
