well..it wasn't last place.

that is about the only good thing i can say about my first entry

It was a pic I never would have taken if not for this site. and the weird angle was to make sure that I didn't get a power line in the picture.

:/

at least I broke 4...I was at a three almost the entire voting period

I was almost disappointed that this did so well. I was never happy with it -- the glass ceiling has an awful glare, and I could never get the sharpness or (ironically) the contrast that I wanted from the building.

I preferred my outtake, but I could hear the comments complaining that no one was sitting at the table. I never got back for a reshoot.

One of my commenters (and I love them, average score per commenters in this challege was 9.25!!!) wanted to see the toad in a different pose. Well, I actually have several shots with him in different poses:

He was a very cooperative model. Tough to pick just one shot, but I thought the one of him looking at me was the most engaging of the lot, so here's the entry:

Not complaining about how it did!

My entry was this...

which completely tanked.

My other option was this...

Think it would have done any better?

The outtakes are fun, but you certainly made the correct choice IMO. :-)

I made that comment, and now that I see the outtakes I also think you made the right choice! Its one of my favorites in the challenge for sure!

I had a real hard time choosing between these:
(This is the one I entered)

All very different, and I really like all of them for different reasons. What do you guys thinks?
