I wasn't thrilled with the score until I saw what other folks are getting. Suddenly anything over a 5 looks really good!

I started with a 6 in the 10 first votes and now I am in the land of 4.
I hoped for something better with this one! Are things better in the exclusive challenges?
I am embarrassed to submit that just found myself changing my vote to a shot from 1 to 9!!! I think we all need to reconsider the time we spend on voting and not commenting!

Man, that's a lot of criteria, especially considering you aren't even voting! Anyway, I agree the challenge concept was supposed to be about classic triangular composition, but that doesn't necessarily mean that real triangles aren't allowed. I haven't looked at the entries yet, but for now I'm keeping an open mind. |
Im a very fast typer so that wasnt very hard,
and the reason I opted not to vote is because I wanted to give the public the benefit of the doubt and if they dont care about the actual wording of the prompt, I didnt want to be that guy that bringing everyone down in points. |

Perhaps we should only do challenges that require no thought as to what the subject is. For example, "rock" or "square" and so on. BEFORE YOU VOTE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE VOTING FOR! It's evident that some people only saw the word "triangle" and ran with that thought, I almost did the same but then I researched what a "implied triangle" is and saw different photos as examples. I entered a "implied triangle" and of course got slammed for it from the tunnel visioned critics.

I'd predict the winners will be at least high sixes, if not sevens, as there are any number of good images. I'd be pleased if I get to have a new pic on my profile page.

Can I post my editing steps on here, so people woudnt keep commenting that they dontknow how that was possible in Basic,,,, geesh
actually that brings up an interesting point, i wonder if people score lower on a shot taht they think is breaking the rules!

I am going through all the scores I have made, and taking a closer look to see if the triangle is there. I am sure you will see some of your score rise a little, as I made have been a little to hard.

This isnt looking so bad.
i have both implied and actual ones in the photo, guess thats why it doing ok with majority of voters.
No where in the challenge does it say to NOT have triangles, it simply states that there should be an implied one.
