The charity is to be decided by the biggest loser. NikonJeb so far is that loser!

If no one posts more than that by Friday, you can choose the charity, give us a donate link and we'll be good to go.

I'm happy with that! Also just got back from my physical and my blood work was much better than the last time (if you scroll through the posts, you'll see that was one of my issues I wanted to address by the change of diet). My glucose was in range again, and my cholesterol was 47/18/110 (HDL/VLDL/LDL). LDL is a bit above range, but hopefully, it will be sufficient for my cardiologist to not try and put me on drugs to lower cholesterol (I prefer more natural methods!)

And since I'm not as big of a loser as Jeb ;), I'll be happy to give to his choice of charity!

I would like to state for the record that I *just* got back from a week's vacation less than two hours ago!

I'm truly astounded that I didn't put five pounds or so on.

I've never been so pleased about being called a loser!

Thanks all, and thanks for sending donations to Pa CASA.

These people are awesome.......they make time, and space in their hearts for kids who need them.

I'm up for continuing this thread, especially as it's the only place I've been keeping a record. I should stick a paper up on the wall next to my rowing machine for motivation.

Since the dated contest has finished, I've adjusted my table back to when I started rowing in earnest, in my quest for fitness. My weight loss is mainly due to rowing, as I haven't changed my diet too much, other than trying to eat healthier. My loss is definitely slowing down, though, and my rowing is increasing in distance and speed, so I'm going to have to start eating less or something. :-(

I'm thrilled for all of you "losers"!! :P
I've been so stressed this summer that it was impossible to lose weight, especially eating 1/2 my meals on the road! I've gained back most of what I lost previously on weight watchers!! (Damn it!)

BUT...I made my donation to NikonJeb's charity and am good to go!

Well I'm down another 1/2 pound...
I started weight watchers a few weeks ago and I know it will come off!
I'm sending in my donation this weekend to NikonJeb's charity and will continue to work on losing!

I talked to Dennis Hockensmith, the Executive Director, and he was surprised and delighted to see the donations coming in......(I didn't mention the side challenge 'til I knew I was the loser/winner!)
