Following on from  Melethia's exercise in the December Free Study, which I found very useful, both in receiving comments on my entry and getting an idea of the thought process others put into their free study entries, I've decided to repeat the exercise here for anyone that's interested.
The rules:
-Anyone that entered the March Free Study can take part, provided their entry scored 6 or less. ETA - I'm not too rigid about this - borderline 6s can go in.
-If you want to take part, reply in this thread or send me a PM.
-Deadline for entering is rollover on April 7th (or slightly afterwards, until I wake up on April 8 lol)
-After rollover, I'll divide the entrants into smaller groups, depending on numbers.
-Simply leave a detailed comment on the other shots in your group. Hopefully, that means the people in your group will leave a detailed comment on your shot.
-Shortly after rollover, post a thumbnail to your shot in this thread and give us a few words about what your intention was with the shot and how you did etc.

ETA: Melethia is doing something similar for the Patterns Challenge here if anyone's interested.
ETA: I've closed the list and divided out the groups. I've not taken anyone out who broke 6 as we had 21 and that was easy to divide

Well, my shot is currently sitting just above 6, but who knows. I was hoping for more, but the voters disagree. This cross-commenting sounds like a great idea, so if I qualify, I'll be in.

| I would be interested in the Free Study rehash. I started out at around 5.4 and am now sinking under 4.5. I didn't think it sucked that bad, but then what do I know. |

Oh, I am sooooooooo in!
These two challenges may be my last for a while simply because I really like my shots, the voters don't, and I'm getting to a point where I don't care if the voters do.
I learn and enjoy myself more in the side challenges and they're friendlier, too.
I'm also in the Patterns thread since Deb was my firstest and bestest commenter!

| I'll comment since I probably won't get a chance to do so during voting. My entry is in the "approaching 6" range, sorta. It bobs over, then back. Can't complain (but by gosh I do anyway!). I'll throw mine in the mix if it meets the under-6 criteria. |

My intent was to to comment on everyone's photo and not just the ones in my group. I assume that's OK.
