Here's to  roz - my friend and an exquisite photographer!!
She has taught me so much, has uplifted my spirits many times and I am happy to have her in my life.
Just imagine! Without DPC none of us would know Roz!!

OMG OMG .. !!!!!!!!!..
linda bvlindalou wished me a happy birthday via a comment on one of my pics, and i wondered how she'd know .. i sent her a pm and asked if she was psychic .. !! ..
then i thought i'd check alicia's threads/posts thinking if anyone would know my birthday it would be her, and also that she might do something as lovely as starting this thread ..
HELLO ALICIA !!!!!! . sorry to write about you in the third person .. !!! .. or is it the second person .. well .. i know its not the first person .. and no i havent consumed any intoxicating beverages just yet .. !! .. its only lunch time here in oz .. :)

GREG GOT ME A MANFROTTO TRIPOD AND A GORILLAPOD .. !!!!
i had a tripod which was ok but to adjust the horizon i'd have to adjust the length of the legs etc .. and i'd really wanted a manfrotto with the ball head .. total freedom .. which i love .. not just in a tripod .. !!
and being a total obsessive re photography it makes it real easy for ppl to think of something to get you for a present ..
my daughter ali got me a facial .. she was probably thinking it would improve my appearance .. i wish !! .. with 56 on the clock its not looking good re any improvements .. yay for photoshop and kodak airbrush .. lol ...
anyway .. once again i've gone on and on ..
i'm sure i lost judy at 'OMG' .. the second one .. !!!!!!! .
she admitted to me once that she had a very short attention span .. probably in a misguided attempt to make me stop waffling .. obviously it didnt work ... xx
anyway .. thanks you guys ..
