I just wanted to share this photo I took the other day. I know the post processing on it is a bit sloppy. I plan on doing a better job of it later. I've been very busy. My question is should I crop it down to remove the "young"?

You missed the boat on this one Jason. If you had been thinking you could have cropped/composed it to say Young - Getting - ****sure. You would have had everyone thinking Pleasure. What a concept for Off Screen Expectations.

why not just clone it out and leave the crop as is if you like it

Yeah, I could clone it out but once I start cloning I start worrying about the integrity of the image. The whole beauty of the find was that the graves were actually set up like this. If I wanted to I could just edit in photoshop and make them say whatever I wanted. I'm more wondering what other people think of the word young being there. Is it better with or without it? "Getting Leisure" is compelling as it is. Adding the Young to it gives it a whole other dimension of possible meaning but maybe not clear enough ones. I personally find any gravestone that says Young creepy. No offense to anyone with the last name Young. :)

I like the Young in there. If you read from the bottom it's "leisure getting young", which is an interesting concept also. Good find.

I really like it the way it is also; more to think about (and be somewhat disturbed by). I hope you post this after you finish your processing.
