day 15
yes i know .. its katee again .. i've been taking so many photographs of her lately because we have this little creek on the firetrail that forms after very heavy rain .. we might get water there about twice a year, so its pretty rare .. its one of my favourite places to photograph her because i can get her to jump and leap over the water ..
i'd finished for the night when me and greg saw amanda  wickee_one's day 18 .. we couldnt work out wot it was, but i thought i recognised the plug .. i just had to know .. it took me a while to find and then i spent the last two hours using it on a photograph i took of katee .. i got a bit carried away AGAIN .. !! ..

I'm going to post a few today. The weather has been pretty unpredictable around here! Yesterday I took Petey and Pickles for a walk and it was fine, cold but fine, and right before we got in the Jeep the wind kicked up and it started snowing really hard! Oh well, like Mark Twain said if you don't like the weather in the midwest, stick around!
 I caught him right before it started snowing. You can see how windy it got!
 Here's one of the fort. You can kind of see the snow starting to fall in this one.
 Here's a view of the town from the river.
The weird blue sky is because I forgot to change my setting. Live and learn! |

Okay, many of you attempted to guess at what this was but didn't quite hit the mark. It wasn't Ken's brain, frog intestines, or coral reef gone bad. LOL
Day 18 - Guess?
Macaroni and Cheese with Peas on top!
This is one of those times it is good to play with your food. My kids (and Ken) probably thought I was nuts but I needed a picture for the day and thought I could do some funky processing.
I used Fractalius Sketch filter and nik Efex Weird Lines filter.
Here is the original image; I listed all my steps in the comments section of the image.

I picked up a new contract with a major Sydney project home builder a couple of months back and most of their work is situated around the south coast beaches. It's beautiful on days like this.
 Just another hard day at the office. |
