Here's my (short) story and I'm sticking to it. (Just splain'n why the shot looks like it took 5 minutes as it did)
1) I haven't upgraded pewters in a while.
2) I accidently stopped at Fry's.
3) I had a couple bucks in my pocket.
4) Ran into an AMD Phenom Quad Core 9600, w/3G RAM, 500MB Sata and nVidia 8800GT w/512MB and Vista Home Prem. It would not be worth my time to build one like this for the 1K I dropped, after specin' the parts...so I bought it.
Needless to say:
1) I removing the Crapware (I can believe they still push AOHell)
2) Moving to the new system.
BTW: It is flippin' fast.
@ > James (featured in the shot) man I've been enjoying your last several darkside shots. A lot different than past SP a days we have been in.

30 sec exposure, used flash, than hand held and moved the camera away from me. Used the light from my monitor, created an interesting effect.

Feb 16, the line "So you're gonna be a rock'n'roll star" from "Rock'n'Roll Star" by Barclay James Harvest. Got in late, so took off my tie, put it on my head, put on Guitar Hero III and promptly got wiped out.

Here is my PSA for the day, RECYCLE!
I'm not crazy about the pose in this, but it was difficult holding up a dress made out of newspaper! The focus is off again, but I had a hard time running from one end of the room and not ripping my dress, so I don't think I stood in the right spot. I had SO much fun with it though.
