In fact one of my favorites on the site. Your hair, the necklace, the dress and expression fits very well with the texture. It does look horror like though and every time I saw the thumb or your profile pic it made me think it was blood remains from another person.
Would have made a great cover on a psycho novel or thriller as someone already mentioned.

This is definitely a piece of art.

This is nice. To me and just me though, this image would look a lot better if it were shot through a dirty pane of real glass. It would still be a photograph and would look more natural than this does. I see an image here that is obstructed by an overlay. I think the image by itself would stand the test of time longer than this version ever would. But that doesn't mean that this is not good and doesn't have a place in the art world.

I'm not at all against textures, but this is one of the examples that just makes me want to open Photoshop to try and restore the poor image!

Looks like you're looking through a dirty window.

While I like the texture very much, I can't help feeling that it's a little too strong across your face.

Excellent use of overlay here - works really well with your pose and look.

You look pretty dried out for someone living in the wetlands. ;-)

Scary, girl!!! It would be a great book jacket for a mystery novel or psycho thriller. ;~)

though i think the texture takes over the image too much, i still like it.

The mood and the texture work quite well together.

the texture is pretty cool, really gives a rundown old worn look to the image, along with the sepia. Very nice.

Nice texture you have on this. Love the way the frame is set up with you in it.

Looks like this texture has a lot of potential! Nice grunge effect you got out of this.
