I spent the whole week being validated...no where near a 6...but I think it hit the rural dead on... I guess I live in a place..where it is not urban...or rural...lol...but I used a concept that brought to mind a better time..a better place...a time forgotten..so now that my photo has been OK'ed....the only thing in the way..is..why isn't there any time left to vote on my picture...?

| Boy there are a lot of good scores aren't there. I thought mine would score better, it is one of my favourite photos that I have entered into a challenge. I am more than happy with it but there are some awesome photos in this challenge. |

| Just finished voting on Rural and so many red barns. There are some awsome shots and a couple that I think may have been submitted to Rural instead or Urban. All in all a pleasure to vote in. |

Smug?!? Why am I smug? :P I'm mainly just superstitious and don't figure people want to hear about 7+ scores anyway (although I'm just as excited as the next guy to post them).
Way to go wsteyn! We'll see how she winds up. I always envision scads of other people higher than me before I finish. I also always envision 4th place finishes.

A dancing banana signifies a 7-score. Somehow it evolved to mean that. So it's the same as posting a 7.xxxx. Lots of DPCers get paranoid about posting good scores in the threads. |

I fully agree. No great photographer goes without the Weather Adjuster 2900. If you do, then you might as well expect a low score. |
Well, neither of you made that comment, but as for "equipment" (hardware/software)- I now have a couple filters (and my camera bag is too full for anything more), but I don't even have Photoshop, lol. |
