Hi guys! I admire the heck out of you for keeping up with this. I apologize for not being able to stay with it and wish that I could have - any of you who know me know that B&W is my favorite photography. I've tried to keep up and at least comment a bit now and then and have left a bunch today. I'll try to get to a few more this evening as well. Some REALLY great work has been offered up here - very impressive!
And though I didn't keep up, thought I'd come back with one more. Remember this one?
It has the most lovely little teensy starburst kinda flowers!

Day 29 OUCH
Husband set me loose in the yard, rolled the wheelchair up to a wild rose bush and voila. Until I opened the JPG on the pc I didn't know I had gotten such cool looking thorns in the shot.
THANK YOU one and all for the comments and suggestions. I'm just a few days behind, but working on it. It's been lovely.

Day 30 -  &  origional
Yeh..... Day 30 and I am excited, but also sad, as I have really so enjoyed this "30 Day Black & White" challenge so much.
Most of all I enjoyed the new friendships I have made..... Thanks heaps everyone..... A special big thank you also for the wonderful comments..... You all "rock" IMO.....

Day 18 my little buddy, Odin. I have the rest of my shots taken I just need to process them. I will try to soon.
edit to add day 19. this is my favorite shot of the month i think but I don't think i want it slammed in the free study.

ok i know it is not completely black and white but it loses something in completly desated. I was gonna put this in the desat challenge but thought my other one would score higher. BTW the title references one of  goodman's shots. Of course it is not near as cool.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had here at DPC. I learned so much and found out about a whole new group of people here that just blow me away with their talent and helpful suggestions! Many of you offer friendly, kind words and gentle encouragement, too
I still have many images to go through and I am enjoying it immensely!

This has been a fun and fantastic side challenge. I have learned a lot and have enjoyed viewing everyones photos. There are so many talented people who are very creative and deserve blue ribbons. I am stopping at Day29. Thank you all for your wonderful comments. Look forward to seeing you all in future side challenges.
