| Never saw it...but looking at this person's gallery and noting the similar and excellent style of the images leads me to believe that it is his...if indeed that is what you were asking. Thanks for the link. |

what I really want to know is if this was done in photoshop or something else... |

If you download the PBase magazine, the current one, that has the article about Manny Librodo, there is also a detailed article about how to get a similar effect in photoshop.

Actually, I am not specifically asking about how this particular photo was done. I am interested how any of the photos in his/her gallery were done. I only posted this picture because it looked familiar and I thought maybe people here would recognize it, and that way maybe I could track down the photographer and ask him/her personally how the images in his/her gallery were done. |
