Here are my first three head shots. I've done other portraits of course, but these were requested for more professional use. Please let me know what you think.

The first one looks a little soft and grey to me. The other two look great, cant fault them.

I read your title as "My First Three-head Shots" and HAD to click! lol
Your head shots look good. The first one does have a very shallow DOF, but its still acceptable since the leading eye is in focus. It looks like you shot both of the men from a standing (straight-on) POV, try kneeling down or climbing up on a chair to make the composition more interesting. Technically the one in the center is best overall. Best posing, lighting and exposure.

they look good to me :)... the first one is a little soft but I bet she will like that, from the other two the one in the middle is the best.
I wouldn't suggest kneeling down because then you can see up the nose! lol instead make the model turn slightly to the side to create dimension. I personally use a higher angle on women but thats up to you :)
Anyway, good job ;)
