I agree with pawdrix... but nevertheless, many very nice things about the picture. I really like the lighting and compostion, the B&W skin tones are good, and most important you've really captured the essence of the girl - beautiful, happy, lively.

This has been noise reduced to....death. Carefull with that stuff. Noise reduction software has the ability to make skin textures look freakish.
