How many are you making? Consider hitting up Costco to make (donate) digital photo prints for you -- their regular price on a 12 x 18 is only $3.00 ... you can print up a few that way for review/testing anyway ...

BTW: To avoid possible trademark infringement issues you might want to use a different font anyway ...

Actually a really good idea. Also could offer to add a small logo to the bottom corner as a bit of "bait".

I have a quote from a copy store at 1.35 a copy, although I wonder what kind of paper stock this would be on.

Costco uses Fuji Crystal Archive paper, a decent heavy weight -- I almost always prefer to get the Lustre finish.

If you don't plan to sell these with a mark-up, you can put the photo at the Costco photo site, where I think you can share it, so people can order their own, either for pick-up or shipped; this takes you out of the order-fulfillment loop.
