A bomb that doesn't kill anyone, but makes them talk funny.

The best will be "Pirates of the Caribbean" when the 3rd comes out.

Closely followed by the "Kill Bill" trilogy.

I saw "Zombie Thread" and "Zombie Thread II", but haven't seen the 3rd one yet.

And that doesn't include the Lord of the Rings, which is obviously the best movie and trilogy ever filmed.

Well clearly it was the best.... Otherwise I would pick the Bourne set (to be fair the last 2 were really one movie :-/ ).

Edit: Well shite, I got fooled by the zombie as well :-/

ok I would have to say....

1. Indiana Jones.....I know they have added a fourth but I liked it too
2. Star Wars.....Also the second trilogy should be included
3. the matrix....absolutely great trilogy
4. The Lord of the Ring....ok I also had to add this one

Lord of the Rings.... EXTENDED EDITION. i wont even bother with the theatrical any longer, the extended editions add much more back story to the secondary characters.

and yes the Bourne series is a close second.

All these years, and nobody mentioned Jaws? Not only was it a ground breaker, it even was in 3D by the end.

Although not a trilogy, my all time favorite is the original 5 Planet of the Apes movies.
