I believe the second two shots are much micer than the first two. A huge part of that is the lighting is very yellow and simply not as crisp as the last two. The poses are all nice in that they are natural. The second two look more like what I think of when model shots come to mind. I'll leave a couple comments for specifics.

great shots, the second 2 look much better.

I played with the first one, whitened the eyes and teeth, looks much better I think

I'll remove it if you don't approve..

Looks much better, was this just a bit of dodging?

I made a new layer and painted with a soft white brush over the teeth and eyes, and set the layer as color layer, then adjusted opacity.

then I dodged a bit in the eyes.

I think that the edit with the teeth whitened looked downright scary! It didn't look very natural...here's my go at it. Edited to tell how I did it: I simply painted a mask onto the teeth and whites of the eyes. Then I went into Adjustments - Hue/Saturation. I brought the saturation down and the brightness up. You have to be careful, because the more yellow the teeth the less you should take down the saturation. Just play with those two settings, and it will always give a beautiful natural look!

To be totally honest the lighting doesnt look to be that good - both with intensity/diffusion, and coloring. The not so white white just makes it look kinda dirty. If you cant get a white white then best to use a different color. The eyes also look fairly dark, you should try using a reflector or something to brighten them up. Additionally there are some shots that have distracting backgrounds.

A couple more from the same sitting.
Maybe a bit too much editing?
All coments are helpful to me. Learning all the time

I like the first one better although the white line in the background is a little distracting. You could crop it down just past the white line and that would put her head coming diagonally from the top left corner as well as filling up the frame and putting the emphasis on her eyes.

The high contrast shot of the second one is good but the hands/wrists are a little noisy and there isnt much of them so they almost seem like something sticking out from her head. Maybe if you lightened them a little and added some blur to them they may blend back into the background some more.

Hope you dont mind but I had a little play around with some of them.

Above has the crop I mentioned above that.

I think the black and white version helps hide the yellowish background and doesnt draw as much attention to the exposed highlights on her skin.

Removing the background put more emphasis back on her and makes you wonder what she's thinking.
