The weird thing is I reckon it's a bit of a DPC cliche image and don't really like it all that much. I prefer my 'Negative' entry, which is currently at 5.3. Show's how much I know about what folks like. :P

I second that. 48 hours is doing well, 6.1, also a PB. But I like my Photojournalism better and it is at 5.5. My negative is a so-and-so and it is at 5.3 ... DPC-voters are an interesting lot for sure ;-/

I'm not terribly surprised since the weather wasn't cooperating and I was too busy this week and weekend to set anything up, but overall I'm disappointed in the quality of entries. We've been given free reign to do anything we want, and yet it seems like very few really took advantage of the opportunity to play to their strengths. Mostly I thought, "This is really the best you can do?" This is the first challenge where I didn't issue a single 10. :-(

Yup.
That was the best I could do in that time period, and not totally neglect my family, other responsibilities, and prior committments. And my score reflects that! :) 5.0+
Since it's a speed challenge, I don't expect the same overall level of quality as I do from week long challenges. Of course, there are some exceptions...
