I don't think anyone "underrated" youse guys; on the contrary, the world was stunned that there was an actual horserace developing in this match-up, which statistically was heavily in your favor :-)

OMG WE DID IT! WTG Team OUTCASTS! Sterling effort, especially cnsidering we only had 4 players this week :-)

Edit to add: I just noticed Pentax had only 4 players also, so level field there. Great match, guys!

Hey Bear,

I don't think Scott has added the results from the open challenges yet.

We'll have to wait for the official results unless someone has a calculator and time to spare.

You think? They show as Rd 5 results... Did he do that partway through?

According to my early calculations

Pentax: 6.4365
Outcasts: 6.2895

I think that's right. A couple of you guys improved on your current scores, which made a huge difference. Oh well, it was a great run. Like George Mason it had to come to an end at some point.

Am I correct in saying that the only way Team Nikon can make the playoffs is if they win their week 6 encounter and the 20D'ers lose theirs ?

Week 6 is going to a very important week for Mag7, Nikon, Untouchables, and Outcast. IMO I see Mag7 winning there division even with a loss the average is higher. So that will leave a four way fight for the wildcard.
20D
Nikon
Untouchables
Outcast

1. 20D has the best chance at the wildcard because they would have to loose to the Untouchables to create a two way tie.
2. If team Nikon beats team Smite and Team Outcasts beats team XTeam then their would be four way tie
3. If 1 and 2 happens it will be up to the averages to see who would be the wildcard winner.
