Not that it matters but add me to the list that WANTS the free study to count. ;)

Seriously, it seems like each team had a fair number of eligible members for this challenge. Just because not everyone was able to enter shouldn't exclude the challenge from counting. After all the situation is just like any other challenge which may have themes that prevent some people from participating yet we count them.

Just for the record, even though its not the greatest, I made it into the free study.

OK- Here is the vote.

Do you think the 48-hr free study should count as a valid challenge in the WPL for week 5?

1. YES
2. NO

EACH team has 60 minutes to PM me. The majority will rule. So If 7 of the 12 teams agree one way or the other then that is the we will do. If I don't get a response from the majority it will stay the same (no count). Is that fair? I will post the results @ 9:15 PM EST tonight.

EDIT: Only one photographer from a team needs to PM me. If you are unsure if your team has cast a vote then please contact your team captain or other team members.

Sent a PM Scott ;)

Sounds good to me. Maybe if you have a very small response you could extend the deadline ?

This is a very short notice. It is past midnight here in Iceland, two in the morning in Germany and one in the morning in GB so I guess most of the team members are gone to sleep.

I would like to count the free study as a valid challenge in the WPL for week 5.

I don't know how many of our team submitted for the challenge but I did and DrAchoo. I am sure that DrAchoo would like the free study to count.

Good to know angrimur. I'm not sure who else entered from Team 20D, I did. Not the hottest score but I just think it should count like everything else ;)

BTW, would you ming just stating who else hasn't PMed you? This way, we can send PMs across to the other teams if in case they miss this thread.

I'm in. Floating around a 5.5 or so...not great. But it could jump 3.2 points by next sunday :)

In accordance with the WPL Rule 2.d.
'In the event DPC announces an unscheduled challenge (i.e. extra members challenge, speed challenge, extra rules challenge, etc.) that challenge will count as a valid challenge. Due to scheduling if the challenge is announced after the regular scheduled members and two exclusive challenges the unannounced challenge will score toward the following week's team and photographer scores. '

It will have to count toward week 5

Edit: So far 6 teams have responded.

EDIT: So far we have 7 votes. TIME HAS BEEN EXTENDED TILL TOMORROW MORNING 9:00 AM EST TO VOTE. This will give every team time to vote.

I will not be voting for my team (XTeam Rebels) so any team member of the XTeam Rebels can PM me with there vote.

Thanks for your comment. I should be thanking everyone of you for being dedicated to making the WPL work. Everyone that has participated and photographers that signed up as a sub has made this a fun project for me. And for that I thank you all.

Indeed. I look at all this stat calculating and my brain just hurts. I can't imagine keeping on top of it all. But thanks to WPL, I just entered my seventh entry in a row...woo WOO...something I've never done in all my years here. :) So, thanks Scott!

Sent a PM for Team Pixelstorm.

Like you MK, the last time I entered this many challenges in a row was when I first started! But looking at my scores lately I feel like a rookie again, LOL! :)

Sure let it count. It's those peoples reward for being able to enter anyways.

Ditto on the thanks. This whole league has been fun!

We haven't forgotten your unkind words Richard!

20D are taking their last breaths as an undefeated team this morning. Tonight they will fall under the might of the Pentax machine like so many before them.

Soon all cross-hairs will be firmly aimed on 'The Outcasts'. I'm afraid that the complete elimination of Team Outcast is imminent and irreversible!!!

Prepare to meet your camera maker friend. ;-)

Get 'em Matt, get 'em!! I should add, I hope you and Nicole have something for tonight. Because I'm barely holding on to a 5.
