Yes, I meant to imply as such. I certainly think Sonja is completely in the wrong and there's no way those should be available for printing by shutterfly. I was just trying to clarify the Gallery function and explain that Sonja at least probably wasn't making a monetary profit she doesn't deserve and show that shutterfly isn't allowing such profit...

Notice that your title and name will be printed on the back of each print sold throug Shutterfly - Does that circumvent the copyright issue? Can I just take and print anyones photo if I give them proper credit?

HA! I just sent another scathing email to the site admin (Mark) and immediately my image is gone. All are gone but 3 of the original 7! LOL

Now all but one! Think I scared em??

Told Mark I would be sending a bill for infringement fee, licensing fee and circulation fee!

The only photo left is one that was shot by "one of our own" so a member I'd assume?!?!

They're all gone, except one submitted by their "very own sigh-co". I recognized the sunset picture from somewhere - either here or PhotoSig I think.

Good luck with this, this is so wrong -unintentional or not. Just one thing... if there's a nice hefty settlement, do I get 10% for bringing it to your attention? ;-)

They haven't emailed back to offer appology (no shock there), but my last email said I would be billing them AND remove my photo now! It was gone 2 minutes later. So yeah, I'll bill them.
