Hi everyone,
Wanted to share this shot:
Which represents a couple of firsts for me: asking permission of complete and total random strangers to photograph them and then tracking them down and getting them to sign model releases when delivering copies of the prints. I was sooooo nervous, but it was a piece of cake. They were thrilled, and so am I.

Ya did good. Now that you got releases, the world is your stage.
The toning looks very rich. There are lots of details despite the overall darkness of the picture. Good catch. Hope you have many more exciting experiences like this one. |

Here's another from the same day:
It was this particular horse's first time in the water. She had a hard time getting him to actually go in (especially riding bareback) but once the horse got in the water he just splashed and splashed and had so much fun. It was a riot to watch and photograph - luckily I had been swimming on the dock so I was already wet! :) |
