Ok there are so many of you pro amatures here that I had to share this...
I dont think I could make it in this one..but if I was to get lucky to have a photo better then my usual I may try...
Anyways its a awesome exhibit as well to the insparation for shooting digital art photography..The deadline is June 30th, no entry fee, submitt over the net... read more here

am thinking about it. You reckon a non-American setting/subjects would work? Didn't see anything about this in the rules, etc.

I checked out the site and I think you have to live in the States to enter, as the digital entry form merely asks for 'state'.
Good luck to anyone who does enter...would be cool to see a DPCer win.

It clearly says in the terms and conditions that the contest is open to all amature photographers. It doesnt say anywhere that someone from another country could not enter..(atleast not that I see..)
It is a online submission surly its open to all or they would need to restate things there on the web to be more spacific......
Give them a call or fax and ask..it doesnt hurt.. If I think about it on Monday I will call and post back here...
I agree with AlexMonty it would be awesome to see a dpcer have their work in the exibit...I think there are a some of the best image manipulators here as well as artist.... Give it a try its worth it...

Some of your shots landscaping texas could be entered for places.. They would fit nicely..
I could possibly still enter something to give them something to look at...I just dont have anything competitive worthy...Or its just that I am not sure..

Pardon me while I toot my own horn here... 
I entered this particular contest, and this afternoon I received two phone calls letting me know that my entries in the "Identity" category and the "Place" category came in 2nd and 3rd place overall, respectively. I'm so excited! :)
I entered these two images:
 for "Identity"
 for "Place"
The prize is a museum membership and being recognized in their on-line gallery exhibit. I just was tickled to death about it and wanted to share! :)

Thanks y'all! I'm hoping to hear from other DPCers who entered...I'm sure others did. Too bad North Carolina is so far away from me...I'll never get to use my prize! :)
