| Flash, slower shutter speed, and used radial blur- zoom for the background.... Pretty simple |

My attempt at this same technique (minus the flash) finished 37 out of 39 in the impressionism challenge.

I love b/w but would really like to see this one in color. b/w and says blues and/or jazz to me, this shot rocks...I'm thinking if the trails were in color that we would get a real feeling of speed.
Just my thoughts...
