After submitting my entry
on the last day I found a huge beetle dead on a sidewalk near my house. Brought it home and decided to give it a go for the "Underneath" challenge:
But after a little contemplation, I realized that I can never compete with  roz on her turf, and decided to stay with my highway intersection. Did I make the right decision? We would never know for sure, of course, but I would be interested in your opinion.

oh hahaha .. !! ..
you definitely went for the pic that has so much more going for it than your dead beetle ..
and you are one of the photographers who continually blow me away .. i'm surprised i'm still on the planet .. lol ..
so shooting bugs .. if you decided to do it .. would be the ultimate competition for me .. bring it on .. or maybe dont ..!!.. ;) |

| The Bridge is better by far. Maybe if you put some water droplets on the beetle it would have been better but I think Roz would still have had you on that one😂! |
