So I am planning on entering the 25th Annual College Photo Contest presented by Nikon.
Anywho, I have quite a few images that I am considering entering. I'd like to enter somewhere between 3 and 7 photos. If you guys could quickly look through the images I've selected and give me some feedback and/or select your favorite 6 I'd appreciate it:

These are the ones I like, but please note I am responding more as to personal appeal more that technical ability (don't think I'm qualified to comment on the technical). All great photos - good luck and let us know how you do in the contest:)

I am a little biased towards the Pawnee Buttes ones, though. Love that place! Great shots!
By the way...are you a member of the Center for Fine Art Photography there in Ft Collins? I entered there exhibition in June and decided to become a member. They are located on the 3rd of the MOCA building down on College. They are starting a new call for entries that starts TOMORROW for members.

The Pawnee Buttes are is one of my favorite places as well... I almost always have the place to myself when I go hiking or shooting there.
I'm not currently a member although I did visit their exhibit last August. It was an international showcase of some sort - some really nice stuff there. I'd definetly be interested in becoming a member, the only problem is that I am out of state during the school year. Do you think that would be a problem?
I'll let you guys know how the contest goes. Entries are due by the 12th of this month... finalists will be notified on January 21st and winners on February 11th.

I would think not considering they have some members that are out of country. Will find out this week if any of my 3 get into this round. And yes that was their first international call for entries. Just so you know...there is a little nepitism going on in their ranks. Ahh...well. (C: |
