I liked this one. It reminds me that photos don't need to be perfect if they're evocative. For some reason, it was like a warm memory. Though if I was trying the same shot, I would have tried to expose it better, straighten it, bring out the shadows... etc., and it would have ruined the feelings.

Straighten it? Whatta-u-mean? I worked hard at getting that top rail horizontal. :-D

BTW - this is quite different from the original capture (much darker on purpose). Maybe I'll post the original in the challenge entry comment section. :-) |
