Post your outtakes from the Abstract III challenge here. |

Based on a comment I got, this would have been a better choice perhaps, but when I went to upload, I had run out of time so stuck with the one I entered earlier in the evening. (They may both suck equally, lol!)

This was done using the same ingredients as my entry. |

I did pretty well at 9th place...happy there.
But I was told I'd do better with this...
I just liked the one I picked a bit better...what do you think? |

You probably made the right choice; it's the one I'd have entered, anyway, for what that's worth. The other one seems much more generic.

Outtakes: (none)
Mine was practically a snapshot; I had just washed a brand new knife and the water was beading on the blade very nicely, so I laid it on the counter and grabbed my camera. This was the first day of the challenge. Hand held, ran off maybe 4 exposures, and that was my macro entry. I'm almost ashamed. Almost.

Should've stuck with the outake, it couldn't have done any worse than my entry! |

Although these would have been DQ'd, I still liked the way they came out. I photoshoped my entry to come up with those...

This was so much fun, I wish we could have a themed Abstract challenge every month. My preference would be for abstract PP, but you could do Abstract in Nature, Abstract Architecture, Everyday Abstract, Abstract Automobile, Abstract Kitchen, etc.
Abstract Self-Portrait would be a blast!

Wow, so many outtakes! Makes me feel a bit bad, cause all I did was take one picture and call it a day and enter it ;-P
Some great stuff here, people! |
