I have been busy at work, and with editing and posting 600 or so BMX bike racing photos on Fb. I haven't had time to make many comments.

Hi guys, I’m new here, a friend recommended this side challenge as a way to get my feet wet.
So…I just got my Canon last month and am having a wonderful time. I’ve joined a local camera club, and the first contest is Sunrises and Sunsets. So, if it’s alright, I would like to use this side challenge for receiving feedback as well as narrowing down my list.
To rattle on no further…here is one of my recent sunsets taken on December 28th.

Shot by rolling to a stop where the egret was feeding in the ditch and shooting through the open passenger side window. Manual focus because there were a couple of weeds in front of the bird. You can see the blur from one along his neck.
