		| | Anyone interested in a Point & Shoot SC? My grandaughter lost my beloved $30, pawn shop special Powershot A530 in a museum, and I have since replaced it with another pawn shop special, a Lumix DMC-LZ10. It has not been properly broken in yet. Let's show what can be done with inexpensive consumer grade cameras. Here is the P&S thread from last year, for anyone interested.

I'll start a posting thread when the new month starts.

		| | I'm interested, but I don't know how much time I have to commit. Probably same P&S Casio Exilim EX-V8SR and an iPhone4 (recently upgraded my phone - 5mp). |

		| | Is S3 IS P&S? ;-)
Or would I have to use the Olympus or borrow
  Isaac's A80? |

		| | I'd call the S3 IS a point and shoot. I'd say if it has a small sensor, non-interchangeable lens and shoots JPG, then it's a P&S.

		| | I'll play with my Fuji HS10. Do we have to shoot jpeg? This baby shoots RAW though I could get acquainted with the in camera settings for jpeg images. ;o)

		| | If you consider it a P&S, that's fine with me. I was simply defining earlier what I personally consider to be a P&S. My personal concept is the consumer grade cameras than non-enthusiasts tend to buy. But no hard and fast rules, this is only a side challenge, after all.

		| | Have had zero time for challenges, but willing to give this a go! I am using a Canon G9, Panasonic DMC-Z7S, and perhaps my LG Ally.
Is this a daily entry or a whenever side challenge?

		| | What about one that shoots in infrared? I have a Fuji F31fd converted to shoot in IR. Shot this one out of an airplane window on a flight to Denver last week. I have a lot of pics from the trip to edit through yet but this could get me out shooting more.

Why not? Reminds me that I have some developed negatives from my binocular camera that I have not scanned yet.

		| | I'd like to join. I use my P&S cameras (mostly the PowerShot SX1 IS and my iPhone 3G) more often than my DSLR, because they are handy and versatile. |

		| | My work is going to be keeping me busy in Nov, but I will be happy to jump in on weekends. I keep an A920 Fuji with me all the time, and use it a lot for grab shots, and for copying information and nameplate data at work. I promise to refrain from posting any nameplate shots.
