Kinda bummed because in the past 24 hours it has nosedived by .12. Also one of my comments suggested I do some editing that wasn't allowed in this challenge! Oh well, at least it's not my personal worst (yet)! |

Well, I got DQ'd for not paying attention to the shot I entered.
I liked my shot too, and was doing good enough for me (5.7ish).
Oh well.

Naw. It was editless. Or rather the only editing was the dpchallengeification.
I edited my raw shot rather than my jpg shot. Imported them all didn't pay attention to which I edited. We live and learn I suppose.

Came within a vote of "7" for an OVERall 6 score...then received 2 consecutive 4's... so that dream is kaput...as my wife says same shit...different challenge...
ETA: next vote a 3...so the last 3 votes average 3.6667...and there is still over 2 hours till roll over.

So many DQs.. On the contrary some great insights into challenge rules. I had to see the difference between Basic and Minimal editing!!
Minimal Editing: Shooting in RAW is not permitted
Minimal Editing: cropping, levels, and contrast changes are all not permitted
Minimal Editing does not permit the addition of a border to your entry
Minimal Editing: levels adjustment is not permitted

| You can actually shoot in RAW but you must extract the JPG file and work on that. |
