 I've been a tad busy lately. Can't wait for September (back to school), then I have more time for myself. Anyway, I haven't posted for a while so here's an offering for today. It may be a bit before I comment again, but I will. Now out to find something for Lucky Seven! |

this is a line full of nappies (diapers) which i have washed and line dried for the very near future visit of our very precious granddaughter coming to canada - the last time we saw her (wales) she was 13 days old and she is now living in germany, she will be six months old on the 1st of sep - we are so looking forward to this and have been busy preparing - it is a very exciting time |

I am not entering to this one. Nothing new (creative) comes to my mind that I can shoot quick. I did this for fun, not "shiny" or interesting enough for DPC |

It was rainy here all afternoon, so I didn't shoot anything. Since it was raining, I was digging around in my 06 images and found this forgotten one.

So, I had an amazing day yesterday, meeting  melethia - my first DPCer!!!, and we shot in the morning at Union Station for the Nixter challenge (the best of those here.) Then I joined my boyfriend's family at an estate in Malibu for wine tasting, and we ended up by the ocean for dinner. Almost 800 images in one day. I had a beast of a time editing that down to a manageable number. And here are three of the beach images:

I also wanted to say THANK YOU, ROZ!!!!!!! for this amazing month. I had so much fun, not only taking pictures, but seeing the amazing creativity of so many wonderful photographers. I have to admit I'm feeling a little blue that the month is coming to an end :-(

Aug 30. Light strong at lunch. Found shadows (what else?).
