went out to a local farm with friends and dogs, took the camera (of course).......only got one photo I like!!! This is sooooo frustrating.......the 717 was easy (mind you I've had it for ages and it and it's settings are old friends)!

Trouble is when I do nail it I love the result! I got the settings on a lot of them wrong, had camera shake, the light was awful, blah blah blah ..............ahhhhhhh that's better:) I'll go out and take some more photos now

we all have felt your frustration, those who have gone from a digital Point n Shoot camera to a DSLR.

but as you mentioned when you nail a photo, it is REALLY nice and i feel much more pleasing to me than the old camera

keep clicking...

Darn nice one. S/he sure has a wet little nose.
Think of it this way, at least you don't have to pay for film and developing!
Now I'll go back to ignoring you.

What a beautiful shot, Sue! I don't know the DSLR frustration, but I have that same kind of frustration with any camera I use! Just think of all the neat shots you can get while practicing. You can just tell us "I meant for it to look like that!" :o)
